UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE PART WHERE I HAVE TO STAND FIRM..

MODEL RELEASE

When choosing me (Photography by Deserae) as your photographer, you are acknowledging that you AWARE, UNDERSTAND & ALLOW me to POST and SHARE ANY & ALL photographs from your session. No exclusions apply.

LATE ARRIVAL

A $25 ADDITIONAL fee will be applied to remaining balance after 8 minutes.

Session will be forfeited after 15 minutes & the deposit will be nonrefundable. Client will have to pay an additional 50% nonrefundable deposit to reschedule.

RESCHEDULING

I understand that things happen sometimes beyond our control.

Each circumstance is different so please reach out!

I will usually offer ONE reschedule IF made no later than 24 hours before scheduled photoshoot (depending on busy season).

Second reschedule will require a 25% nonrefundable deposit. More than two will need a new 50% deposit.

If due to conditions such as Mother Nature ( wind, rain & temperature ), I suggest a reschedule & you happen to decline, The option to reschedule once the photoshoot has already started is automatically VOIDED & client will have to pay another 50% nonrefundable deposit to rebook or to continue with session as is.

TURN AROUND TIME

Expect a 2 to 4 week turn around time on all regular sessions (NO EXCEPTIONS) depending on busy season. PLEASE book your sessions accordingly.

There will be a $50 RUSH FEE for any sessions needing to be prioritized.

ADDITIONAL EDITING & RETOUCHING

Unfortunately, I am no plastic surgeon nor magician. Just know that you are beautiful just the way you are! With that being said, I know we are not always perfect & sometimes need a little touch up and that’s what I’m here for!

I understand insecurities & minor imperfections. Trust me, I got you.

However with additional editing & additional retouching comes additional time.

There will be an ADDITIONAL $10 fee PER IMAGE for any requests beyond the editing that I have already provided.
